  Classic example of a company that doesn't care about customer service or word of mouth business. The owner actually used terms like "I don't care" "well it's how we do business, you just have to assume..." and so on.
  
  After they quoted on the job as we were about to place a deposit the story changed and there would have to be additional work done that would end up costing a lot more money.
  
  When confronted as to why this wasn't disclosed as we were during the quoting and only after they asked us to drive out the to pay them a deposit they had no answer for us at all. Instead just shrugged their shoulders and said "Well, I thought you knew..." I, am not a mind reader, and not a stair builder. It felt and was a bait and switch tactic. Don't be fooled like me. Stay away from this company.
