  I have lived at City Place located 310 Dundas Street for over 2 years! It's a great place, everything I need is within walking distance. The building is well maintained, Rebecca and Scott have been nothing but amazing!

  I can't even throw out anything besides common kitchen garbage because no dumpster is provided for residents. So where should I leave my broken appliances or anything that doesn't fit in the chute? The answer is: NO WHERE. Repairs also take forever to be done. Don't rent with this company. They don't care about their residents, only their bottom line.
