  We purchased laminate flooring for a reno. The guy who helped us in the flooring department said its curbside delivery..but if were nice then they usually carry it in, then he turned to my wife and said if it doesnt work for him, you try. I found it to be very disrespectful and it made her uncomfortable. I made it very clear to him that I'm sure his wife(if he was one) is willing to do all sorts of things for a deal...dont assume everyone is.
  
  Horrible customer service.
