  I called My Fireplace to have my gas fireplace serviced with an agreed upon afternoon time slot for 12-2pm. I work Monday to Friday during regular business hours so I had to take the afternoon off of work. No Technician showed, and no courtesy call to say that they would be later than the time they said. It appears My Fireplace doesn't need the business and they will not get mine again. They do however earn 1 star as the the gentleman who took the call in the first place was pleasant.
