  Inconceivably unprofessional.
  
  I have had a good friend use this service, upon recommendation. However, the job done was inadequately. When the owner was politely questioned as to why the job was not done as outlined, she "blew up" on him. After seeing the email conversation I can't help but feel as though it is my duty to warn anyone looking for a job done properly and professionally to look somewhere aside from Nature's Image. The one star facebook and google reviews seem to properly reflect Nature's Image.
